About the Conference
The International Congress on Saint John Paul II is a multidisciplinary gathering dedicated to the life, teaching, and enduring legacy of the Polish pope, Saint John Paul II (Jan Paweł II). The congress brings together theologians, philosophers, historians, educators, clergy, and lay leaders from around the world to reflect on his spiritual, cultural, and social influence.
The main theme for the 2026 edition is "Do Not Be Afraid: Faith, Freedom, and Human Dignity in the Teaching of Saint John Paul II". We invite contributions on all aspects of his pontificate and life, including but not limited to moral theology, social teaching, interreligious dialogue, youth and vocation ministry, culture, and the role of John Paul II in contemporary European and global history.
